Imequyl 50 FG

Imequyl 50 FG contains Flumequine,
a synthetic antibacterial agent which
belongs to Quinolone family and active
against Gram negative bacteria.
Flumequine is well absorbed and
reach serum maximum concentration
within 13-14 hours. Flumequine halflife
is approximately 5-6 hours and its
metabolite is mainly excreted via urine.

Indications
Curative and Prevention treatment in:

Cattle, Sheep and Goats
– Digestive infections caused by Escherichia coli and
Salmonella spp.
– Respiratory infections due to Pasteurella multocida and
Haemolytica manheimia.

Pigs
– Digestive infections caused by Escherichia coli and
Salmonella spp.
– Respiratory infections due to Pasteurella multocida,
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Haemophilus parasuis.
– Urinary infections due to E. coli.

In poultry
– Infected respiratory, digestive and septicemic infections
caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp. and Pasteurella
spp.

Dosage
Include 0.5 – 1.0 kg per ton feed

Withdrawal Period
Meat and offal: 2 days.
Milk : 2 days.
Do not use in producing species eggs for consumption, four
weeks before the start of laying and during it.
